Companies that engage with AACC through the WDI can expect to be part of the entire event ecosystem throughout their experience. Dedicated time and space to connect will be available throughout the event.
If your goal is to pitch your product or inundate attendees with solicitations, then the answer is no.
The WDI promotes engagement and networking opportunities. Most importantly,
this meeting is an opportunity to cultivate new relationships or strengthen existing ones with members of the community college sector.
A limited number of demonstration kiosks and custom booth options will be available in the exhibit hall or foyer (pricing varies by location). Demonstration kiosks are professional, attractive structures that allow you to showcase your products or services to attendees in an open, inviting environment. The kiosk structure can be branded and features a monitor for running demonstrations.
You must submit an application to be considered for a demonstration kiosk.
AACC has created the WDI Exhibitor/Sponsor Prospectus form to gather information about potential vendors interested in participating in our show. If we determine your company is a good fit for our program, we will email the prospectus to the point of contact listed at the bottom of the form.
The exhibitor/sponsorship form is available here.
